Step 2: Processing and Classification
Our Customer Service team will acknowledge and review your request within 3 to 5 business days.
For complaints regarding AZI GROUP’s content: We will directly investigate, make necessary corrections, and provide a satisfactory response.
For complaints regarding a Third-Party Merchant’s product/service: We will act as a bridge, assisting you in forwarding your concerns to the merchant's support team and advising you on the best course of action.
Step 3: Providing Evidence
Depending on the nature of the issue, we or the partner merchant may require you to provide specific evidence, such as order numbers, transaction screenshots, or unboxing videos (for physical goods), to clarify the situation.
Step 4: Disputes Beyond Our Jurisdiction
In cases where a purchase dispute cannot be resolved and exceeds the intervention capacity of AZI GROUP (as we are not the direct seller), the matter must be resolved according to the terms of the partner merchant’s platform and applicable consumer protection laws.
